eXperience Talent, founded by Sean Pook,  is a boutique User Experience recruitment consultancy.

Sean has been recruiting in the UX sector since 2007 – possibly the longest servicing hands-on UX recruiter in the market today.

What do we do?

eXperience Talent covers both UX contract vacancies via our brand UXerNow and UX permanent vacancies on a stage payment basis.

Why not ‘no placement no fee’? Not many folks outside of recruitment will know that a recruiter working on a no-place-no-fee basis has to invest the minimum time possible into that project because maximising the number of clients / vacancies is what increases their earning potential and reduces their time risk.

On a stage payment basis, however, the recruiter is able to guarantee a sizeable time and resource investment, creating far more favourable outcomes for the client in terms of candidate delivery and vacancy fulfilment.

eXperience Talent prefers to work very closely with a select few high quality clients in this manner for UX recruitment rather than many loose relationships with clients on a contingency model.

Why can’t I upload a portfolio or resume/CV? Due to the EU’s new data protection laws eXperience Talent no longer stores professional files of candidates and handles files only when a suitable vacancy has been identified.
